Frequently asked questions
No bookings are required for our regular programs in The Corner and The Parlour is open for you to drop in anytime 10 am to 3 pm daily.
Children grow A LOT between 0 and 5 years so some of our programs are designed for specific age groups to offer activities that meet their unique interests. For most of our programs, older and younger siblings are welcome to attend and join in as they can. Some of our bookable programs are reserved for specific age groups and this will be stated on the event page. Please talk to our team if you have questions. The Parlour and kuril dhagun book nook are open any time and provide additional spaces to play, read and relax for all ages.
If you are planning to come with a large group (more than 10 people including children and adults), please email us at families@slq.qld.gov.au so we can provide you with the best possible experience.

Yes. The carer's room is located in the Infozone on level 1, right beside our spaces for families. It has an accessible toilet, seating area, baby change facilities and microwave.
